  • Peak Season is from March 10th through September 20th
  • Off Peak Season is from September 21th through March 9th
  • Additional costs (excluding travel insurance) include a 15% Occupancy Tax
    and a refundable Security Deposit of $200.00 - $500.00
  • Accidental Rental Damage Insurance is included in Rental Rate
  • A minimum of seven (7) days is required to stay at Palisade Palms.* NO EXCEPTIONS
  • No smoking.  Pets on a case by case basis.
  • All guests must be at least 25 years of age to reserve, check-in, and occupy the condominium.
  • Anyone under the age of 25 must be accompanied by an adult.

* 1 Cocoa Beach unit may be rented for less than 7 days, 3 night minimum. NO EXCEPTIONS
