Principal, Commercial Sales
Richard is responsible for the corporate operations as well as commercial brokerage for Texas Coastal Realty. Over the past 30 years, he has served in a variety of capacities in commercial/residential development and construction management. Richard utilizes his wealth of experience in real estate development and construction while advising his brokerage clientele throughout the state. Richard is also the Principal of Falcon Group, a real estate development firm. In this capacity, he is responsible for all corporate and development operations. As a result of his role in the development of Palisade Palms, Galveston’s premier luxury condominiums, he brings in-depth knowledge of Galveston’s real estate market and economic outlook.
Office Manager, Residential Leases
Lee Ann coordinates all of the real estate transactions for the buying, selling, and leasing of residential properties. As an agent, she works with the clients to provide excellent service throughout the buying/selling process. Prior to TCR, Lee Ann brings 20+ years of experience in the real estate industry. Her background also includes employment at advertising and public relations firms. Over the years, she has been actively involved with the Houston chapter of National Charity League.
Residential Sales Associate
Taylor works primarily in the TCR Galveston office and represents both buyers and sellers of Galveston properties. Taylor is very detail-oriented and always places his clients' best interests at heart. In addition to being a Realtor, he assists with marketing/sales efforts and possesses a strong background in film and photography. Taylor specializes in creating digital media such as property tour videos, still-imagery applications, and other marketing materials for TCR. Taylor is a licensed Real Estate Agent by the state of Texas.
Vacation Rental Manager
Cathy oversees the daily operation of all vacation rentals for Texas Coastal Realty. Cathy possesses a great attention to detail and problem-solving skills in addition to being very organized.
Her financial background includes preparing and planning income tax for individuals and small businesses. Prior to that role, she served as an administrative assistant for an international company as well as for a real estate attorney.
Marketing and Sales Assistant
Sommer works in the TCR Galveston office assisting in the sales and marketing of Galveston properties. Prior to working for TCR, Sommer served as a Transaction/Advertising Coordinator in real estate for over three years. In this role, she assisted agents in advertising and social media to gain prospects as well as train new agents with tools to grow their business. Sommer uses her creativity and technical skills to promote the goals of the company. Working with agents to help them provide excellent customer service to clients has always been her top priority.
Marketing and Business Development
Jamie provides marketing oversight for all TCR properties. Her main focus is maintaining the branding and advertising efforts for all property marketing plans. Prior to joining the firm, she provided marketing for professional service firms in the Houston area for over 11 years before opening her own consulting firm for four years.
